Size Guide & Fit Information
"Please ignore the original international size tag found on the neck area of the garment. To ensure the perfect fit, we have manually measured each item and attached our own 'Indian Standard Size' tag. Please rely on our Indian size tag (M, L, XL, etc.) rather than the international one for your selection. We strongly recommend checking our 'Size Chart' before purchasing to find your ideal fit according to our Indian sizing."


1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only if:
Damaged Product: The product received is physically damaged or defective.
Size & Color Issue: The size or color of the product delivered is different from what you ordered.
Wrong Item: You received a different item instead of the one you ordered.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Special Note: It is mandatory to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video helps us verify any damage and process your request faster.
3. Refund and Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, or we will ship the correct replacement as per your preference.
